i just realized i wrote something wrong in the post below... i said i was driving in the right lane and the cop had someone pulled over on the left... i was driving in the left lane... that's why i got pulled over, for not changing to the right... sorry if that confused any of you...
and i also forgot to put something really cool in my post yesterday... malachi can say my name now!!! he tries to say "stina", but it comes out more as a "ee-na"... so cute :)

i researched this ridiculous law, and found something from the legislation in minnesota (since mr. mean cop said "this law is in 99% of states") that states as follows, as well as an article that said 150 people got tickets for this when it was a brand new law and there was a public outcry. hahahaha.
