since i'm done applying to colleges...

well, i have been doing another kind of applying lately.
since i have some time now, i've decided to start looking for a part-time job! i can work a few days a week, so it would be kinda cool. so far, the places i have looked at/applied at are Trader Joes, Borders, Coffee Bean, It's a Grind, BedBath&Beyond, Sportmart. Unfortunately, at TraderJ's you have to be 18 to work the register, but you can be a "utility" worker. however, in order to do so, you need to fill out an in-store application on Tues Wed or Thurs between the hours of 10 am and 3pm (in other words during school). at about this time, yall would say, "well you don't have school this week, go this week." however, he said that they are too busy this week and told me to come the following week. how convenient.
most of the other places have online applications (which are extremely long) and i have filled em out.
so now i sit back, and wait for a call.

oh joy, another waiting game :)
