just what i needed

after many many full weekends, i have finally reached a weekend with no plans... and what did i decided to do??? make my way back to holland!
i haven't been back to holland since the second week of school, so i was SUPER excited... hence me jumping 3 feet in the air :)

funny thing... since holland is closer to the lake, it's noticably colder in holland than it is in GR. so, shiloh and i had a fantastic lunch at 8th street grill, complete with a pumpkin pie milkshake... THE most amazing milkshake i have EVER had... vanilla ice crea, milk, and REAL pumpkin pie filling, with whipped cream on top. MMMMM

and that's all that became of it after we got a hold of it :)

holland also has this amazing yarn/knitting place that during the summer i passed by with a smirk thinking to myself, uh, okay, not that exciting... so i never stepped foot in it... until today. now that i am pretty much obsessed with knitting, i was thoroughly enjoying the abundance of yarn and knitting stuff in this place... awesome.

we had to get back to GR, so we didn't do much else... but i am gonna make it back real soon and stop by the brands' house to go say hi and hang around for a bit.

it's nice having a home away from home :)
