too many things that i could name this post...

today was an absolute BLAST... for the moment i woke up to now (the moment before i go to sleep).
this afternoon, me and 5 other friends went to this place in irvine called K1 Speed where you get to drive these little cars... kind of like mini formula 1 cars... any way, these things go up to 45 mph, and they are so much fun. we did this package where we got 12 practice laps, and then a 14 lap qualifying race, and then a 16 lap final race where the top three get trophies (we only raced with our group, no outsiders were racing with us). yours truly got the 1st place trophy, finishing in front of the two boys (girl power!). it was quite the fun time.
here are some pics.

so, the latter part of my day consisted of more fun. has anyone ever made homemade jam before??? well, at bible study tonight, we made jam, and it was first time... totally fun. the instructions on making the jam were quite hilarious, and very strict, if i may add. it was raspberry jam (pavillions is having a major sale on raspberries) and i have yet to try...
oops...
i just remembered something. haha, for those of you who also made the jam last night... um, i forgot to leave it out for 24 hours to let it sit first... i came home last night and put it straight in the fridge and i just now realized it.... oh well :)
anyway... afterwards, my friend introduced a few of us to the one of the funnest things i have taken part of... tortilla-ing someone's house. drive-by tortilla-ing at that. throw tortillas like frisbees from the car and these things can fly far (unless someone's arm or the car rack is in the way :) it was hilarious. and then to top off the randomness, we left an unopened jar of salsa on top of the car... and then my ride temporarily left me... so i was just standing in the middle of the street, and as a man walked to his car he asked if i needed help. i told him i was a bit lost and was just trying to figure out how to get home :)
good fun!
all that fun for $1.25 (the cost of a pack of 36 corn tortillas). way cheaper than toilet paper, and i think much more fun.
good stuff.
ciao for now
