and the world just keeps going...

why hello there!

long time no post... i arrived back in holland a few hours ago after leaving saturday night from wyoming and we drove 18 hours through the night.

tired?

sure

i've returned from my land where only sunlight matters, not time...from the land where you are in the wilderness away from the business and speed of life... i've returned to see that while i was stopped in the moment, the world kept going and i've got things to do and mass amounts of emails, one of which includes my fall semester class schedule (which is stinking awesome, aside from the fact that i've got no morning classes... bummer). i'll be taking a nice 13 credits my first semester.

so i bet you are all just itching to know how the trip went (and i am just plain itching from mosquito bites :) but i am alive.) this is how the task of sharing pictures and stories from the trip makes me feel: i am super SUPER excited to share all this stuff with you guys, but there is SOOO much... i mean, 2 weeks, tons of climbing, tons of traveling, tons of backpacking, a summit, and over 350 pictures taken... it's a little too much to handle right here right now.... so maybe we will have to chip away at this task just a little bit at a time... ya?

maybe a few pictures will hold you over for tonight? maybe just a little taste of what is to come???

and that is seriously just a taste... pretty much like one little sample that you get at golden spoon in the little white cups... a nice little taste that holds you over until you get home with your frozen yogurt where you get to sit down and enjoy it... well, this should hold you over... and seriously, this doesn't even scratch the surface of the amazing things i saw...

on a much more smellier note.

i reek SO bad right now... when you sit somewhere, find that it smells really bad so you move to a different location, and find that it smells just as bad there... that's a sign that you've showered once in the past two weeks, and that was in an alpine lake... i won't even get in to how long i wore one outfit.... lets just say i am wearing my second outfit right now, and i changed in to it about 3 days ago... you do the math for the first outfit... mmm, smelly.

i smell pretty gnarly you guys...
