first post from dave

looks like there's been some change with the production plan.
my entire cast/crew has bailed except one. so i am going to have to figure something out.
i remember when i used to play school when i was a little kid (what a thought, play school for fun). i remember whenever i got to be the teacher, and i would get so in to it and assign homework and give tests... but then the the other kids realized, hey, she's the same age as us, why do we have to listen? and then we wouldn't play anymore. of course i would be upset even though it was just pretend, and i knew that when the others were the teacher, i was always a well behaved student... it just wasn't fair. of course i would then offer them cookies if they stayed and played... it usually worked.
i kind of feel like with this whole christmas video thing i am just playing pretend video production, pretend director. it's kind of funny to think of it that way. cause you know that i have gotten so into it, writing a script, list of props, getting the help of a "crew"... it's all fun and pretend when you compare it to the real stuff. and just like my"students" when i was younger, my crew doesn't really wanna play anymore (actually, they're just busy, which is totally fine). maybe if i paid them.... hahaha, do you think cookies still work?

well, i am off, i have FINALLY got a tennis lesson today with steve!!! it has been multiple months since i have last seen him... something like in october.
i hope things haven't gone sour too bad in my tennis game.

hooroo
and have a great weekend (hopefully with some rain like the forcast says)

o, one quick statement dealing with rain...
have you guys noticed that it ONLY rains at night? seriously, it's over by the time i wake up, and sometimes i wake up and i'm like, it rained? man, i missed it!
why is the rain so shy that it won't come out during the day when we can enjoy it?!

and exactly six months from yesterday i graduate!
