whoops

stupid moment of the day... and quite possibly this week.
we had a praise team christmas party tonight at one of the member's house. (by the way, i made my favorite dessert in the world... ecclair dessert... and only two people had some... me, and the gramma.. oh well, more leftovers for me!)
anyway, when i first got to the house, i walked in and saw that the guy's little brother was holding a kitty in his arms and walking around... and here's how it went:
i say, "awww, so cute, the kitty just sleeps in your arms while you walk around with it?"
then he says, "he's not sleeping."
"he's not???"
he turns the cat so i can see the other side, revealing a wide open eye... "he was born without an eye and so the eyelid is stitched shut on that side."

ok, go ahead... laugh. hey, i am laughing right now :)

merry christmas everybody... i hope your holidays are sweel and your new year is dandy.

ps: again, it rained at night, and stopped by the time school started... that bashful rain!
