well, it's about that time! christmas is coming, decorations are going up, the time is jolly, christmas cards are going out and being recieved...
speaking of christmas cards...
i just spent an hour putting my my idea for my christmas "card" on paper. for those of you who don't know, i don't actually do christmas cards... more like christmas videos. yup, my idea finally came to me and i put it all into a script just now... a little over two pages long... sounds long, but it won't be a long video because, as usual, no dialogue.
so, i am announcing that the 2006 christmas video is now in production!
i'm really excited for this, because if it turns out half as good as it looks in my head (which i think i am actually visualizing very realistically), i will be very very happy. so i had to take it from my head and put it on paper. and what's cool about this video is that this one is kind of like making a real movie... i am going to need a crew, props, and a budget. normally my movies are low-budget (actually, no-budget), but this might require a couple of bucks on my behalf. i also need to set filming dates for when i can just pump out this film and get it done (as of right now, i am thinking the weekend of the 16th).
so i have already put a list of stuff/people needed together, and i am super excited...
(can you tell that i get really in to this stuff?)
so, i am going to get some directing/producing/acting/filming/editing experience with this one... i am most worried about the directing part... but we'll see.
if anyone is interested, i am looking for some hands... literally :)
