i promise i will post soon about jtree and what not... it's just i should be sleeping cause i have a triathlon to do tomorrow... and my only training i have really done is run that 10k on thanksgiving, and the only training i had for that was my 3 mile run the week before that.
i haven't biked since the summer with the tennis team.
and swim? i think the last time i did that was in hawaii.
hmmm.
prepared? i think not.
maybe a costume is a good idea...
oh, and as far as got milk... i don't got milk.
don't get me started.
